Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that while we aim to process and ship your order promptly, we do not have control over delays or lost packages once they are with the mail carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS). If your package is lost or delayed, please reach out to us at online@earthselements.com, and we will assist in submitting a claim with the carrier and resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping method selected and your location. We frequently run promotions offering free shipping, so keep an eye out for those!
How to Check Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
